1. Order Cancellation by User

Orders can be canceled before the vendor confirms or starts preparing them. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Order Cancellation by Vendor

Vendors may cancel an order due to unavailability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified immediately, and a refund will be initiated.

3. Penalties

Repeated cancellations by users without valid reasons may result in account restrictions.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
