Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable for the following cases:

  • Wrong order delivered
  • Damaged food packaging
  • Food items not delivered

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders canceled by the user after confirmation will not be eligible for refunds.

How to File a Complaint

Complaints can be lodged through the support section of the Local Baba app with details about the issue and supporting evidence, such as photos or order details.
